Home Club is a new and exclusive way to enjoy even more of your Home community benefits when you choose to renew for a 12-month term* as an existing resident or sign a lease as a new resident for a minimum of 24 months*.
It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the Home community – because it wouldn’t be Home without you. As a member of our Home Club pilot program, you’ll enjoy:

2 passes per month to access amenities at one of our sister sites – so you can make yourself at Home to enjoy our indoor pool, wellness spaces and Home office from 8am – 9pm daily

2 event invites per year to monthly resident social drinks at Home Richmond

2 event invites per year to selected Home neighbourhood outings

2 event invites per year to Exclusive Home Club VIP events

1 complimentary booking for the Boardroom Home Richmond per year

Your Home Club membership gives you access to all of our locations, giving you more Home to choose from.

When visiting another location, you’ll receive 2 passes per month to access sister site amenities – so you can make yourself at Home.

Each Sister Site Pass is valid for 1 person of the lease/ household.

A complimentary boardroom booking at any location

Home Club membership unlocks a complimentary booking at one of our next-level board rooms.

Give working from Home a whole new meaning by visiting Home Richmond’s buzzing co-working hub.

Booking is for a maximum of 6 total guests. All guests must be nominated at the time of booking and provide photo ID upon check in.

A complimentary private dining room booking at any location

With Home Club, you’ll enjoy a complimentary booking at any of Home’s private dining room sister site locations.

Visit Home Richmond and throw dinner party to remember in our exclusive lounge and dining room.

Booking is for 1 x Private Dining Booking with a maximum of 8 total guests. All guests must be nominated at the time of booking and provide photo ID upon check in.

Exclusive invitations to Home Club VIP events

Members of Home Club are invited to two exclusive VIP resident events per year.

These social get-togethers are a chance to meet other long-term residents from across Home’s locations in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Each Event Pass is valid for 1 person on the lease / household only.

Home Club events will be advised from October 2023.

Invites to home club social drinks

Home Club members receive invites to sister site events at Home Richmond.

These events are an extension of our regular social gatherings and give you the opportunity to meet even more of our diverse resident base.

The event date will be nominated by Home. Each event pass is valid for 1 person of the lease / household only.

Home Club events will be advised from October 2023.

Invites to select home neighbourhood outings

As a member of Home Club, you’ll also enjoy invites to select neighbourhood outings at Home Richmond.

These regular events let our residents get to know the neighbourhoods that surround Home and experience Melbourne in new and unexpected ways.

The event date will be nominated by Home. Each event pass is valid for 1 person of the lease / household only.

Home Club events will be advised from October 2023.

Sonder membership

When you receive your Home Club Card, you will also be provided with directions on how to activate your exclusive access to Sonder.

Sonder is a digital health and wellbeing app that provides 24/7 support initiatives for mental health and safety. Features include wellbeing videos and podcasts, that can help you live well and perform at your best.

1 membership login per lease/household will be provided.

Seasonal Gifts

Home Club members will be rewarded through seasonal gifts, designed to surprise and delight.

Our resident services team will contact you when it’s time to collect.

1 gift will be provided per lease/household, 3 times per year.

YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Your Home Club membership gives you access to all of our locations, giving you more Home to choose from.

As a Home Club pilot program reward member living at Home Southbank, you will make bookings via the Resident Services Team at Southbank prior to attending any other Home Properties.

You can start enjoying your many benefits immediately, and look out for more info on our Home Club events, which will be advised from October 2023.

Resident bookings are required, a minimum 48 hours in advance.
